We are now looking to appoint a strong Finance Director who will work both strategically and operationally across the college and have responsibility for Finance, IT and Estates. You will ensure our financial sustainability and continuously improve our efficiency, to provide and support the best possible experience for our learners, staff and partners. You will take a lead role in developing commercial income and bidding for external funding and capitalise on our Estate and facilities.
Having senior experience of leading a finance function you will ideally have knowledge of funding methodologies and estates/facilities management. You should also evidence strong leadership skills, with the ability to get the best out of your teams.
