The L20 Hotel School provides education, training, work experience and inspiration for those already working in the world of hospitality and for those taking their first steps into this exciting and fulfilling industry.  We have a team of dedicated Teaching Staff, a Head Chef, a Sous Chef, a Commercial Coordinator, a Café Supervisor and a small team of apprentices, who with students, run the core of the business.  

As a team they provide hot and cold food and drink all day through the various eateries and bars as well as servicing functions and providing hospitality for conferences, meetings and events. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join the team as a Chef Supervisor, to supervise and deliver the food and beverage provision at the Port Academy Liverpool canteen.

What are we looking for in you:

If you have excellent kitchen skills combined with outstanding cookery and purchasing skills and the ability to work unsupervised and on your own initiative we would like to hear from you.  Previous experience of working in a kitchen environment at a similar level is required, together with at least an NVQ 3 in Cookery or equivalent experience.
