Outstanding Facilities – Outstanding Opportunities
In September 2016 Nescot opened its new £1.3m Epsom Motoring Academy with state-of-the-art facilities which includes, nine vehicle ramps, a full-kit MOT bay, the latest equipment in tyre changing, balancing and alignment. The facility was funded and supported by the Coast to Capital Local Enterprise Partnership and Funding Skills Agency, and developed in conjunction with Snap-on tools and Block Automotive. The centre has approval from both City & Guilds and the Institute of the Motor Industry to deliver Level 1 and 2 qualifications.
This role will suit a knowledgeable Motor Vehicle lecturer with good experience of delivering IMI or C&G qualifications up to Level 2. Candidates will have solid Motor Vehicle industry experience and ideally qualified to level 3.
A full teaching qualification and qualifications and experience of internal verification and assessment are highly desirable for this role. Candidates will have a passion for high standards, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven experience of providing outstanding support for learners.
