Executive Assistant to the Senior Executive Team

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide secretarial support and personal assistance to the Senior Executive Team of Suffolk Academies Trust.

The successful candidate will provide a professional, supportive and customer-oriented service to support the Senior Executive Team; acting as the first point of contact for visitors to the Trust/College, stakeholders, students and parents. 

In this role, you will provide a high level secretarial and administrative support service which will include diary management, organising meetings, minute-taking and producing complex documentation in a timely manner as well as drafting correspondence in relation to standard requests etc.

Although the role will be based at One Sixth Form College, Ipswich, you will have the opportunity to work across the Group and may be required to travel to West Suffolk College and Abbeygate Sixth Form College in Bury St Edmunds.
