Group Project Manager (LUM18)

The Transformation Director joined the group earlier this year with the remit to deliver integrated Shared Services across all member organisations.

We are currently building our internal capability so that we can work with colleagues to shape what this looks like and deliver new ways of working.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Manage the delivery of projects as part of the Transformation Programme to implement Integrated Professional Services across Luminate Education Group.

Establish and nurture trusted relationships with key stakeholders across both Professional Services and the wider group to facilitate the successful delivery and embedding of operational change and transformation projects.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for candidates with a background of delivery across multiple organisations, who have the experience of finding ways to deliver change projects into services that are challenged, both in terms of resource levels and the stability of operating processes.

This is a senior role that will be fundamental in actively driving the delivery of change and enable the Transformation Programme to be successful.
