We are looking to appoint an Employer Partnership Co-ordinator to join our successful Apprenticeships team

This role requires excellent communication skills and administrative ability, efficient organisation and good diary management skills. To be successful in this role you will be able to build positive partnerships and relationships with employers and provide constructive feedback that supports Apprentices to continually improve.

You will work with the Head of Apprenticeships and Quality Lead to ensure Employers, Apprentices and prospective Apprentices across all areas of provision have a positive experience and are managed and communicated with on a regular basis.

We are looking for candidates with a business-like and customer focused approach who have worked with customers and clients in a previous role. 

Experience in using the e-portfolio systems to plan reviews, monitor progression of skills/knowledge/competence and track learner progress is desirable but the right candidate will be able to learn new systems and processes quickly and efficiently.

It would be desirable for the successful candidate to have:

  • An understanding of appropriate apprenticeships framework/standard qualifications.
  • Outstanding IT skills including experience of using BKSB and e-portfolios.
  • The ability to adapt quickly and creatively to new initiatives.

However, if you have the following skills and experience we would like to hear from you:

  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to build strong professional relationships with employers
  • Organised with strong administrative skills.
  • Ability to use a range of IT systems and programmes with a capacity to learn.
  • Plan schedules to optimise efficiency and productivity.
  • Experience of diary management.
