Based at Broomfield Hall with access to over 200 acres of grounds, you will perform the role of trainer/assessor for apprenticeship delivery in Horticulture undertaking assessments and delivering national framework and standards at Level 2 and Level 3 within a variety of settings, both onsite at Broomfield Hall and with local employers. You will be a highly motivated individual, able to work independently to ensure high achievement rates of qualifications with monthly targets met. You will be expected to strive to maintain above average success rates in all areas, using innovation within your teaching and assessing whilst utilising e-learning opportunities. Here at Derby College Group, we believe in providing lessons which you would like to attend and like to encourage all staff to provide students with a great range of learning opportunities theoretically and practically.
