Our mission is to help make learners the most employable they can be.
Preston College recognises that providing equality of opportunity, valuing diversity and promoting a culture of inclusion are vital to our success. We want our staff, students and stakeholders to reflect the diversity of the local and wider communities that we serve and influence. By facilitating a working, learning and social environment in which individuals can utilise their skills and talents, we aim to create a culture where everyone can reach their fullest potential. We ensure that equality is embedded in all of our activities, policies and decisions and we advertise our vacancies in various locations to target audiences from a variety of backgrounds.

The School of ISTEM plays a vital role in the College’s ability to respond to local and regional business needs whilst serving the community we are so proudly a part of.  The provision of a high quality support service across the College is therefore central to our success and we are looking for an exceptional candidate to work with us to achieve our future goals.
