As a the College Learning Support Manager you will to play a key role in the development of our SEND provision across the college, ensuring all students receive a high level of education and support allowing them to reach their full potential. You will lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the Learning Support provision across City College Plymouth campuses. 

Ideally, we are looking for a SENCO qualified or equivalent professional who is well motivated, enthusiastic, and experienced, to help students achieve their goals and ambitions in their career. You will also be responsible for preparing record systems to monitor the implementation of the individual’s student-centred plans and actively liaise with external stakeholders to ensure that individuals are supported through their studies.
