We are looking for a skilled professional with recent experience of working in youth mental health, ideally in an education setting.

Key aspects of the role include working across a multi-disciplinary Wellbeing team to support students and where appropriate making external referrals on their behalf to Mental Health services.

We are looking for an excellent communicator, with experience of EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plan), who will liaise with the team, support colleagues and take a leading role in working with partners on a multi-agency basis.

You will need to have excellent organisational skills as this role demands high levels of coordination, attention to detail and record keeping. There will be some evening work.

For more information or an informal chat about the role please contact Alex Wallace - Library and Wellbeing Team Leader at [email protected]
