Here at The Sheffield College we have an opportunity for a Finance Analyst to join our Finance team at a pivotal time.

This recently created role is a fantastic opportunity to transform the existing financial reporting at the College, and to support the finance team by developing existing systems and being a point of expertise for financial systems across the College.

You will be reporting to the Head of Finance and be a key member of the finance leadership team.

The Role – Key Requirements

· Understanding of database applications and a working knowledge of SQL

· Experience of working with Finance software/databases

· Able to understand client requirements for information and organise, analyse and present complex data in a meaningful way

· Able to prioritise and plan on a long-term basis in a fast paced and demanding environment

· Able to demonstrate a solution focused, can do attitude

· Experience of working on large-scale and complex IT/data projects
