Mentor, Wellbeing and Enrichment Co-ordinator

We are seeking to appoint an experienced mentor, well-being and enrichment Coordinator to join our Student Services team. Do you enjoy working with young people and are you passionate about helping them reach their full potential, do you have a passion or interest in the environment, then Capel Manor College is the right place for you!

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, compassion, be able to work in collaboration with all teams and have previous experience of working with young people who have mental health, learning difficulties or disabilities, wellbeing or personal development issues.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified mentor and have previously worked in an educational setting and supported young people with learning difficulties and disabilities and have experience in planning and organising events. They will have an understanding of Safeguarding, Prevent, equality and diversity policies and procedures, be able to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the service.
