You will need a working knowledge of funding expectations and constraints, awareness of best practice around assessment (ranging from initial and diagnostic through to exam organisation and IQA work) and skills relating to conducting class visits.
You will have responsibility for identifying and growing new business development opportunities.
You will have lead responsibility for quality across the region.
You will work closely with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders including LEPs (or equivalent) local authorities, community organisations, employers, trade unions and awarding bodies. You will be a member of the regional education management team and contribute to achieving its overall business objectives.
Educated to degree level with a minimum level 5 teaching qualification.
The post holder will manage a team to deliver the Association education provision, strategic partnerships and external relationships in a significant geographical area within Eastern region.
