HR Advisor

The Human Resources Department plays a vital role supporting the College translate and deliver the people component of its strategic plan. We are looking for someone with the passion to be outstanding to join the HR team and help drive our College to become outstanding through providing managers with HR advice and guidance to both managers and staff, providing a recruitment service, inputting data into our integrated HR system and extracting reports for management information and KPIs. You will be assigned a number of key projects around the development of our HR systems, update of our HR templates and forms; people metrics including data collection. These will be reviewed on an annual basis in accordance with the College strategic goals. 


Job Title: HR Advisor 

Salary: JFG 5 (SCP 16 to 20) £20,294 to £22,711 per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week (1.0FTE)

Start date: February 2022


We have an exciting opportunity for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join our HR team as an HR Advisor. You will be qualified at CIPD Level 3 or willing to achieve in 2 years of appointment and have Level 2 qualifications in English, Maths and ICT.

You will be passionate about HR, ideally you will have experience of working in a busy HR or training team and be able to quickly adapt in your new role in this fast-paced, complex HR Office environment.
