Volunteers play a central role in everything we do, from governance through to classroom support, helping us deliver courses to 50,000 people in 2,300 locations - and enabling us to reach 80% of the population.

Working as a Support Centre Assistant you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, data entry and supporting our regional education team.

You will deal with all aspects of the Association`s processing tasks, meeting set deadlines and standards.

Assisting with general administration, the implementation and maintenance of information systems and procedures for all types of provision to agreed standards. You will provide an internally and externally facing customer focused service.

To be successful in this post you will need good communication skills along with efficient and accurate IT skills.

Please note this role is for 35 hours per week Monday to Friday at this present time subject to change to a shift pattern on a rota basis, covering Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm and Saturday mornings

The WEA has an office closure every year for Christmas (dates can vary) which enables employees to have time off over Christmas.

Annual leave is not used during the dates of the office closure.
