About the role
Working within our team of tutors, you’ll be committed to delivering excellent teaching/learning programmes to students of all abilities. Primarily leading the FE Health and Social Care programmes, you’ll take the lead on designating schemes of work, student guidance, promoting the course, and more comprehensive teaching responsibilities. Assisting the Area Head and Assistant Area Head, you’ll monitor learners work against awarding body guidelines to ensure the highest levels are met!
You’ll be educated to degree level or above and/or hold a professional qualification in Health and Social Care. You’ll either hold a Level 5 Teaching Qualification or have a willingness to work towards this within 3 years, as well as a real passion for teaching and inspiring young people. Experience of teaching Further or Higher Education is essential, and ideally you’ll have experience of leading a small team.
