The Team

The Role
This is an opportunity to join a highly successful teaching team, utilising some of the best resources available following a significant multi-million pound investment in a new TV studio and control room. The successful applicant will be responsible for running our Level 3 Creative Media Production (TV & Film) course which attracts approximately 60-70 students each year. Joining a highly collaborative teaching team you will be delivering the UAL specification, building both the student’s practical skills as well as developing their core skills in research, planning and evaluating their work. You will be a key member of the team and will work closely with the curriculum manager on developing the strategic direction of the department and supporting the development of the area by carrying out activities such as organising end of year shows and incorporating industry specialists within the curriculum.
The Successful Candidate
The successful candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, abilities and qualities will include:
Knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects and/or Photoshop
Experience in operating technical equipment for media production and operating in a live studio environment
A track record of Good or Outstanding teaching
Experience running courses with large cohorts and supporting students to successful outcomes
