Summer Enrolment Assistant (Fixed Term Contract, 15 August to 16 September 2022) - Basildon Town Centre Campus. We are looking to appoint a number of temporary enrolment assistants at our Basildon Town Centre Campus, to help with the extremely busy student enrolment period. The post holders will be working closely with the college information services team and will gain valuable work experience. There are two main areas of enrolment, one focused on 'Meet and Greet' duties and the other on data entry. The summer enrolment period is from: 15 August to 16 September Additional hours will be made available closer to the enrolment date. Training for these positions will take place on the three days. If you have good IT literacy and customer service skills or data input experience we would like to hear from you. Flexibility on work based locations would be advantageous. 4+ GCSE English and Maths qualifications are required for this post. You must include your availability in your supporting statement as only emergency leave will be authorised during the enrolment period.
