Total People are looking to recruit a Learning Coach to work across the education standards we deliver. The successful applicant will deliver the Learning and Skills Teacher Standard Level 5 to trainee teachers some of whom work in prison education and other educational establishments. They will also deliver the level 4 Assessor Coach Standard and Level 3 Learning Mentor Standard.
We are looking for someone who has experience in education and has a real passion for supporting and developing their learners.
You will need to be driven, organised and dedicated to managing a busy and demanding workload.
You will support apprentices to develop their knowledge, skills and behaviours that are required to be demonstrated within the apprenticeship.

Due to the nature of the business you will be required to have a flexible and adaptable approach.
This post is offered on a permanent basis, working 37 hours per week, however consideration will be given to any part time applications. Due to the nature of this post you must be willing to travel to various locations Nationally and be able to stay overnight when the need to arises.
Delivery of this Apprenticeship Standard encompasses classroom delivery, coaching and observation of practice. In addition to classroom learning the Learning Coach will also be responsible for delivering one-to-one coaching, remote and face to face assessment including observations of practice.
Although often working remotely you will become an integral part of the wider Education Cluster. At Total People we have a team of dedicated colleagues on hand to support you and you will be provided with all the equipment to enable you to work remotely.
