The Head of Student Engagement plays a critical role in ensuring retention of learners, and in coordinating support for students at the College in the areas of personal development, behaviour and attitudes.  Responsible for cross-College aspects of the tutorial plan of learning, and implementing many aspects of the BTC Advantage, this is a key position in the management of the College and able to positively influence the success of its students.

Supporting the Director of Student Services, the post-holder will directly line manage Student Engagement Managers on each campus and other posts as required.
