IT Services Technician

£23,149 - £25,191 per annum

We are looking to recruit an experienced IT Services Technician to join our established IT Helpdesk team. You will be responsible for providing hands-on operational IT support for both staff and students across the Dudley College Learning Quarter.

This is a customer facing and varied role and as such previous IT Helpdesk experience and knowledge of deployment of images via SCCM is essential, along with excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal.
