Compliance Manager

Job role:

This role has been newly created and a superb opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a commercial and fast paced environment, surrounded by a team that are an inspiration and work collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes for our learners and employer.

As part of the SMT at Activate Apprenticeships & Business School team you will ensure that our apprenticeship compliance is second to none.

There are plenty of opportunities to implement new ways of working and bring a more digital steer to our compliance offering. The end goal, a clear sensible and automated compliance process that creates an excellent and inspiring journey for our customers.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance processes to make them accessible, easy and moving these processes to a digital offering.

By managing and coordinating the governance arrangements of the business, you will ensure that internal and external communication and reporting arrangements are maintained to the highest of standards.

This is a full time (40 hours per week) permanent hybrid working position with the potential to be based at Oxford or Bracknell campus, generally spending three days on site each week.

What do you need to be successful in this role?

Building effective relationships to drive through the delivery of exceptional programme compliance is imperative.

As a participative leader, you will coach and mentor your team to achieve compliance targets and use your demonstrable business acumen and analytical skills to deliver results.

You will have demonstrable experience of the Apprenticeship compliance process, including programme payment criteria and knowledge of both commercial and government funding budgeting.
