We are looking to appoint an Interim Head of Marketing & Communications for an initial six-month assignment, with potential to extend. Based in our breath-taking Sussex campuses including our vibrant Central Brighton Campus, a stone throw away from the renowned Brighton lanes and seaside.
The successful candidate will need to have significant experience of working at a senior level in a marketing and/or communications function.

This role will initially be to support the current post holder with all marketing and communication activities in the lead up to the merger with Chichester College Group (CCG) in the summer of 2022 and then take over full management of the department, working in close collaboration with the Head of Marketing at CCG, until the teams are fully integrated.
Ideally the Interim post holder will have experience of working at an FE college and be able to demonstrable success of leading a department through a period of change. But not essential for successful application.
