Pastoral and Behavioural Lead

Full Time:                      37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Salary:                           £30,000 per annum

The role of Pastoral and Behavioural Lead will involve the management of the college’s cross college Teaching Assistants, Learning Mentors & Additional Learning Support Staff

Working with curriculum managers, teachers and the cross college EHCP Strategic Lead the role will be to ensure that appropriate targets for the students with behavioural, emotional and SEN needs are set.

You will collectively lead with curriculum leaders in the management of student behaviour and attendance, and promote, lead and nurture the ethos of an inclusive college, where all students are equally valued.  

Central to the work you do will be enabling students to aspire beyond their initial intention and reach a potential that equips them to progress into work, higher education or apprenticeships.
