We have a great opportunity based across our Kettering Campus for a Learning Support Assistant to become a key member of our Additional Learning Support department.

• Being responsible for providing support to learners with the learning difficulties and/or disabilities in all aspects of the college curriculum.
• Providing overall care of the learner and enable him/her to access the college facilities and develop independence within the wider community.
• Being an active member of the Foundation/ main college team and to assist in the development of individual programmes and the assessment of student progress.

Our ideal candidates will have current experience of supporting young people (ages 16 – 18) with SEND in a FE College environment., alongside the following qualifications:

• Level 2 Learner Support Certificate or equivalent or/ willing to work towards
• Educated to Level 2 in Maths and English
