We are seeking a competent and highly organised individual to join us as a Business Development Administrator to provide administrative support for short course provision (including the Gas and Oil Centre). The role will also involve providing quality assuring for the Business Development Executives in relation to Apprenticeship contractual compliance and providing an outstanding customer service to all customers (internal and external).
The successful candidate will have great customer service skills, with experience of dealing with a range of internal and external customers, together with strong administration and IT skills.
