Team Teach LSA Required for Mainstream Primary School - Moseley

A mainstream primary school in Moseley is looking for a Team-Teach qualified Behaviour Support Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. The school has a separate base on site for children with emotional, social and behavioural difficulties. The post requires an individual who can work as part of a team, support the class teacher, and manage negative behaviour effectively through Team-Teach de-escalation techniques. The position is on a supply basis with the potential for a long-term contract for the right person. The Team-Teach Teaching Assistant / Team-Teach TA will enjoy support and guidance from a friendly team who work together and aim to give the best possible educational experience for their students. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals to support students on a one to one basis with curriculum support, anger management sessions and supporting small groups with class-based activities. The role will involve working under the direction of a class teacher. The post is for 5 days per week with the opportunity to go permanant for the right person.
