High Needs Funding Coordinator - 36 hours per week - Full time - Permanent Ware and Broxbourne Campuses
Hertford Regional College is seeking an dynamic person to take up the position of a High Needs Funding coordinator - a new role that has come up in our Learning Support team.
The role holder will work alongside the Learning Support Manager on the co-ordination of day to day operational and specialist administrative support for cross college high needs funding services / activities. They will also support and guide colleagues with delivery of core administrative functions - including a wide range of data entry and analyses, such as Exam Access Arrangements (EAA), and other mandatory reporting requirements. It is part of the role to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including Local Authority partners on matters relating to funding and associated contractual obligations and support the EHCP process.
To be successful in the role you will have experience of managing information efficiently and effectively, ideally within a Further Education College especially in preparing and presenting data / reports. You will also have previous experience of working in a similar role, managing people and providing a customer focussed service. Having knowledge of Special Needs in Education such as Education and Health Care Plans, working knowledge of HNF requests from the Local Authority. Tracking Element 2 and Element 3 income will be essential.
