Hourly pay rate: £30.51/hour (£25.60/hour + £4.91/hour as payment for annual leave)
Hours: Thursdays – 6 hours
We are currently seeking to appoint an inspirational and talented Carpentry Lecturer to join our friendly and professional Technical & Vocational Skills department. In this post you will be delivering teaching and assessing on our Level 1 Carpentry course. In future years you may also be required to teach on Levels 2-3.
Working closely with the Head of Department and the rest of the departmental team, you will have the chance to share your knowledge and skills with learners to help them achieve at the highest level as well as driving continuous improvement within the College. You will act as a personal tutor, promote attendance, participate in team meetings and contribute to the planning, development and review activities within your subject area.
