College location:                   East Surrey College (Redhill)

Salary:                                   £25,000 - £28,000 (Subject to qualifications, skills and experience)

Hours:                                   Full time, 8:45-17:00 (37 hours/week) with occasional evenings

 

We are currently seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Coordinator to join our friendly and professional Client Services department.

 

In this important role you will coordinate the services provided by Client Services Advisers while also maintaining and delivering an excellent level of customer service. You will also be responsible for supporting the Admission and Enrolment Manager to meet targets and delivery of services and to deputies as appropriate.

 

You will work closely with the Client Services Advisers by processing enrolments and authorised data amendments, ensuring accuracy and completion in line with College MIS guidance. You will be working in partnership with curriculum departments/external subcontractors and act as the key contact for all internal and external enquiries regarding student course information and advice. You will develop and maintain the knowledge required to advise customers on the enrolment service, and to maintain and file appropriate records in line with the audit requirements.

 

In addition to this you will also support the Head of Client Services with coordinating tasks to Advisers within the team, and contributing towards the Advisers 1-2-1 meetings and annual performance reviews.

 

The successful candidate must have:

  • Previous experience of working in an education environment (ideally in Admissions)
  • Confident in handling data/reports and Excel
  • Strong general IT skills
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Confidence to communicate with all stakeholders across the College Group

 

Knowledge of Fees, Funding and Residency and HE/Advanced Learner loans is also desirable but not essential
