The successful candidate should have relevant experience of working with young people with Special Educational Needs and EHCPs to achieve their full potential by helping them to overcome barriers to learning.

We are looking for individuals who have excellent communication and organisational skills with the sole purpose to put in place the most appropriate provision to enable young people to aspire to gain relevant work skills and employment opportunities as part of an individualised study programme. You will support young people to ensure they understand the world of employment and the behaviours expected of them as an employee and help them develop these skills in the classroom settings, as well as developing skills essential to life after education.
