We are seeking to recruit a new Customer Success Executive on a permanent, full-time basis within our Digital Recruitment team, based in our London National office with a hybrid working pattern (1-2 days in the office 3-4 working from home)
About the role
You will help onboard clients to our platforms, ensuring that their campaigns are accurately executed and delivered against goals. You will monitor and review client job postings and campaigns on AoC Jobs and Education Recruiter, ensuring that all jobs are profiled correctly and the effectiveness of aggregator marketing campaigns. Responding quickly and accurately to our customer (Client or job seeker) enquiries via social media, email, or telephone, ensuring that all communication is professional and accurate.
You will also support on the continual delivery of the digital marketing plan and work with the Senior Digital Operations Manager to ensure that all email communications are delivered professionally and on time.
The Ideal Candidate
You will know the Recruitment industry/recruitment lifecycle, experience in a SAAS environment, and basic knowledge of HTML coding.
You will understand the principles of online marketing and the marketing of websites, including SEO, SEM, PPC and social media and proven experience of working in a Marketing Environment and with Software/Website CRM systems. You will have used Email Marketing Software and, ideally SendGrid
Working knowledge and experience in using a variety of social media marketing software, including Hootsuite, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Umbraco
