We are seeking Outreach and Student Recruitment Officers who can develop and support student recruitment through community and stakeholder engagement, internal and external events and partner referral routes.

Outreach and Student Recruitment Officer
Salary: £21,978 - £24,265 per annum
Post 1 - Full time: 36 Hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Post 2 - Part time: 18 Hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Location: Wentworth Castle, Barnsley, South Yorkshire
Key duties:
Develop and deliver an Outreach / Student Recruitment plan which allows the College to achieve and maximise its funding allocations and opportunities.
Monitor feedback and outcomes from the Outreach / Student Recruitment plan, gathering feedback and making recommendations using lessons learned.
Maintain a detailed understanding of the College’s curriculum and recruitment priorities acting as an ambassador for the College promoting the college offer at every opportunity.
Work with the Marketing & Recruitment Manager to co-ordinate and provide representation at external recruitment events, career fairs and meetings.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A relevant Level 4 qualification or relevant equivalent experience
A minimum of Level 2 English and maths (i.e. GCSE Grade 4/C or above) or an equivalent qualification.
Proven experience of forming, developing and sustaining effective partnerships with community organisations and Statutory organisations.
