The Position
We are seeking to recruit a stand out Lecturer in Business who is qualified and available to join the FE Business team at Blackpool & The Fylde College.
This is an exciting time to join B&FC as we introduce T Levels in Management and Finance to our existing level 2 and 3 Business curriculum. B&FC has heavily invested in state of the art facilities to ensure that Business students are work ready and possess the knowledge and skills for successful careers.
The successful post-holder must be able to deliver outstanding teaching that inspires students to learn and progress as well as engage with employers to ensure that the curriculum is current and meets local and national need. They will also be required to teach on a variety of Business subjects from level 2 to level 3 as well as undertaking ongoing high quality formative and summative assessment of learners' work that accurately monitors student progress.

Qualifications
A degree or equivalent in a Business or Management related subject is essential, as is experience of successful teaching on Business & Management related courses and hold (or working towards) a valid teaching qualification.
