Compliance Officer

Job role:

Working closely in our governance team you will ensure we can achieve a high standard of general compliance, including our data protection responsibilities and policies and procedures.

This will include developing and improving safeguarding systems, policies and procedures, as well as providing support to staff on our processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for producing reports and organising and administrating various committees, including taking minutes.

 

What do you need to be successful in this role?

Accuracy and attention to detail, as well as strong interpersonal skills form the foundation of this roles work, as well as competency with the use of IT to support business processes.

While experience of data protection, health and safety and their role in educational compliance is necessary, compliance experience specifically is only desirable, and we would welcome applications from suitable candidates with enthusiasm to develop in this field.
