Full-time: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Salary: £23,498 to £30,674 per annum

We are looking for a full-time and part-time skilled SEN Lecturers with interests in any of the following areas: life skills, photography, animation, music, ICT or construction for our Specialist Provision in Houghton Regis. You will be part of a passionate and dedicated team making a real difference to young people’s lives.
In this exciting role you will have the ability to manage a diverse range of learners, use interactive methods in the classroom. Planning and preparation of schemes of work, lesson plans and continual assessment of learner work and progress and be able to deliver Functional skills English and Maths level 1.
Experience in working with young people who have Special Educational Needs, dyslexia, ASD, ADHD, Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD) or those not suited to main stream learning environments is essential in this role.

Applicants should hold a degree level qualification in relevant subject area and/or hold 5 years professional industry experience. They should also hold level 2 qualification in Maths and English
