Mental Health Support Worker
Part Time: 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year
Salary: £19,673 to £24,203 per annum (£16,673 to £20,898 pro rata)
Fixed Term: 12 Months

The role of the Mental Health Support Worker will be responsible for providing a high quality effective mental health service to learners. Working alongside a team of welfare advisors you will provide advice, support and strategies to support students in relation to on-going mental health concerns.
Key responsibilities:
Candidates should possess a level 3 qualifications in Health and Social Care and have a good level of education along with good written and verbal skills. This role may suit an applicant with a mental health nursing background.
Excellent organisational and problems solving skills are another pre – requisite, as is the ability to be an effective team member.
