We are looking for an experienced Chef who is able to teach professional Cookery to level 3 standards as well as Patisserie to level 2 standards. The right candidate will be joining the Department of Service Industries working within a growing learner base in our professional teaching kitchens. The successful applicant will be able to course team lead and carry out all required duties as detailed in the role specifications for the Professional Cookery programme delivery, and the Patisserie qualification. You must be student focused and deliver an outstanding learning experience in both the practical kitchen environment and the classroom. You will have a creative and innovative approach to Hospitality curriculum delivery and be a committed team player.
