An exciting opportunity has arisen in the School of Business for a Lecturer in Marketing to teach to a specialised marketing pathway of all levels.
We are looking for a marketing lecturer who is very enthusiastic about making a difference to the lives and careers of our learners.
The successful candidates must have the capacity and ability to manage the progress of learners across all levels and support their pastoral needs, whilst monitoring course specific KPI’s.
You will join a vibrant and high-performing team, teaching across a range of Business curriculum programmes level 1 – 3 (FE) and Level 4 (HE), excellent knowledge and understanding of Pearson BTEC NQF qualifications, exams and assessments experience is desirable. Knowledge on Branding, Marketing an Event and influencer Marketing will be desirable.

You must be:
Qualified to degree level and a member of CIM or willing to complete membership
Committed to excellence in teaching at all levels
Extremely well organised and able to handle several subjects at the same time.Driven and enthusiastic about the subject with an innovative approach to learning and teaching
An assured and persuasive communication style Teaching experience and relevant qualifications are desirable although we are keen to hear from anyone with the right skills. We offer a supportive culture which offers excellent CPD opportunities.
You will have an ability to promote, support and embed English and Maths skills within planning and delivery of all teaching. You should also be committed to providing prompt, detailed assessment of student work with experience of personal tutoring including target setting.
This is a 0.8 position, working 29.6 hours a week working in our well-equipped facilities at our Watford and Hemel campuses.
