About the role:
We are searching for a Head of Curriculum for our Business, Professional Studies and Science areas who will lead by example and foster an ethos of reflective practice across the team.
You will be collaborative in your approach and methodical in your strategies to ensure your team develops and maintains a positive and inspiring culture for our staff and learners. Our learners are at the heart of West London College where we endeavour to inspire, lead and develop our staff to meet our learner's needs.
Fostering relationships with the Deputy Heads of Curriculum, Programme Leaders, Teachers and other members staff is essential in building and creating a positive culture and environment to work in.
