Hours: Full Time (36 hours per week)

Monday – Thursday 8:30am to 4:45pm with one hour for lunch

Friday – 8:30am to 4:30pm with one hour for lunch

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £22,327- £24,676 per annum including London Weighting Allowance

Location: Southall campus

We at Ealing, Hammersmith & West London College are looking for a Receptionist to join the College in delivering an excellent service. The successful candidate will provide a welcoming, friendly, effective and efficient solution-focused reception and switchboard service underpinned by the Colleges procedures, policies and values. You will be providing general assistance/guidance to the stakeholders of the College and dealing with their queries either in person, email or telephone.

There are exciting events throughout the year, such as enrolment, open days, parents evenings, where your participation is key in ensuring the smooth running of these events. No two days are the same as you work closely with colleagues and staff across all skill levels and departments, including our learners and their families.
