Part Time:                     37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year

Salary:                           £23,498 to £30,674 per annum £20,289 to £26,485 pro rata

As a Pathways Co-ordinator you will manage a team of Teaching Assistants with in our Pathways department. 

The role will be to ensure that the learning needs of students are met through the production of Individual Support Plans, and to work with the department lead and teachers to set appropriate targets for students with SEN, behavioural and emotional needs.

Central to the work you do will be enabling students to aspire beyond their initial intention and reach a potential that equips them to progress into work, higher education or apprenticeships.
