• You will work alongside the Class teacher and within the SEN department across KS3-KS4 and will support students to achieve their maximum potential by following lesson plans and teachers' guidance.
• You will be responsible for any ad-hoc tasks and will have the chance to take on CPD training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• You will also be supported by great team of professionals who value each member of staff.

MORE ABOUT YOU:

• Ideally you are a teaching assistant who has good understanding of Secondary curriculum in the UK
• You are flexible and are able to provide particular support for identified students e.g. those with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH) and other learning difficulties such as Dyslexia
• You are a confident individual and are able to form relationships with students, staff and stakeholders
