Part of the wider Business Development team, apprenticeship recruitment is a key part of helping ensure we get the right apprentices matched with the right companies. We support a broad range of businesses across the whole of Oxfordshire, from universities to local garages, no two days are the same and our apprenticeships give local people an amazing first step in their chosen career.

You will need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as you could be talking with apprentice applicants, CEOs and anyone in between. You will have great organisational skills, the ability to work methodically and pay close attention to detail.
