Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated, flexible and enthusiastic individual to provide learning support for students with a range of learning difficulties and/or disabilities. Working within the College’s Additional Learning Support Team, you will provide individualised and sensitive support.
You will provide support to meet learner’s needs both in and outside of class. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to form trusting and effective relationships with both students and staff.
A firm knowledge and understanding of students with learning difficulties and disabilities in an educational setting is essential as is a Level 2 Qualification in Learning Support or a related field.
