The Role
To provide support for groups of students and individual students with personal care needs, who have been assessed and identified as requiring support, both in classes and around the college. To ensure they are given an equal opportunity of achieving their qualification aims.
The post holder will also be required to support student’s cross-college as and when the business requires.
The Successful Candidate
The successful candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, abilities and qualities will include:
• Level 2 Qualifications in Maths and/or English
• Experience of providing personal care to young people or adults with learning difficulties and/or disabilities
• A First Aid qualification or the willingness to obtain this.
