Schools Partnership Executive

Activate Learning are now looking for a Schools Partnership Executive to join the team working across our Surrey colleges. At Activate Learning, we are on a mission to transform lives through our Learning Philosophy, which reflects our culture and way of working. We believe that each and every one of our employees is key to achieving this and by joining us, you will be sharing in this mission.

You will build and maintain effective relationships with our local schools and stakeholders across the education landscape to ensure potential learners are aware of our comprehensive course offer. This will involve attending school assemblies, workshops and career evening events to deliver engaging presentations and widen access to information, advice and guidance that supports learners on their next steps.

Working with the wider Marketing team and our Faculty teams, you will also develop and promote liaison activities for schools in order to strengthen the partnership and increase applications from these establishments.

This is a permanent, full time role, working 37 hours per week and with the potential to earn up to £27,815 per annum, depending on skills and experience. Job share or term time only will also be considered. Please note on your application form your working hours, if part time.

What do you need to be successful in this role?

We are looking for someone with enthusiasm and a great team working ethic, with strong skills in communication both written and verbal, and the ability to deliver engaging and interactive presentations and group sessions.

You will have experience of working in an educational environment or with young people, with good knowledge of the 14+ education environment. Ideally, you will also have experience of working in liaison with schools and building effective partnerships with key stakeholders.

What are the benefits of this role?

There really is no limit in terms of your personal growth, development and career by joining one of the largest Education Providers in the UK. You will have a comprehensive development program as part of induction together with peer to peer learning, a formal development plan and support at every step of the way to set you up for success.

We offer a buddy system, a digital induction module and a close-knit community of experts and leaders across the Group to support the sharing of best practice and encourage individual growth. We have extensive technology in place to develop digital capability and flexible working arrangements will be considered for the right candidate.
