Client Services Advisor
College location: East Surrey College Redhill
Salary: £20,688-£22,537 (Subject to qualifications, skills and experience)
Hours: Full time (37 hours/week)
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and focused Client Services Advisor to join our friendly and professional team.
Working closely with the Head of Client Services, you will be responsible for providing information and advice to prospective students, and delivering an excellent level of customer service both over the phone and in person. You will understand and apply, or be willing to upskill and apply the ESFA funding rules that apply to the College’s courses.
In this front facing role you will be responsible for responding to all internal and external enquiries in a timely and efficient manner, accurately processing enrolments and authorised data amendments, processing learner applications and organising interviews with tutors. You will also undertake initial student assessment interviews, process course offers in a timely manner and provide initial guidance to learners on financial and additional support opportunities where relevant.
The successful candidate must have:
Experience of working within the further education sector and knowledge of related issues would also be desirable.
