We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Technician to join our dynamic and forward-looking IT department. Working in a small team you will help to ensure that the College's large network has 24/7 reliability and the resilience required to support all of our staff and students.
The successful candidate must have a level 2 qualification in a relevant area, be self-motivated, exceptionally well-organised with superb communication skills and interested in growing your skills and experience within IT.
Reporting to the Group IT Services Manager, the main purpose of this IT post is to ensure the smooth running of the College's IT Helpdesk and support users of the College's technology facilities.
