Part Time positions available – starting in September

Up to £20,139.60 p.a. from October (salary for full time, term time only role)

We are looking to recruit a Personal Development Coach, for approximately 3 -4 days a week.

Core hours for full time:

The days will be within the core hours of Monday – Thursday 8.45am – 5.15pm & Friday 8.45am – 4.45pm

We are looking to add to our successful team of Personal Development Coaches in order to support our further education students in achieving their qualifications and progressing to further or higher study or work.

Working with a caseload of students you will deliver face to face / online tutorials and support to students along with effective pastoral and academic target setting and reviews. You will get to know your students, what motivates them to achieve and identifying with them the strategies they will need in order to maximise their potential.

This is an opportunity to work with and inspire young people to help them become qualified in the occupation of their choice and to develop the personal and academic skills they need to progress or to get a job.

We can offer you the facilities of a College campus set in 7 acres of green belt in a peaceful setting.  The College has excellent transport links and is set in a location convenient to London and the South East and offers a large free on-site car park.
